Confidence Builds Success Civility Training
Exciting times are happening soon! June 3rd the Civility Leadership Training begins. Great news! As an educator in Brevard, you have a scholarship waiting for you. Why you might be interested in joining the other teachers, counselors, and administrators who have already signed up is what is possible for you not just in the classroom but also at home.
Heather D Walcott, counselor, and teacher, was very pleased with her results from taking just a one-day training. She said:” Your training has reduced stress & conflicts daily by more than 50% on the job and in my personal life.” At home, she is enjoying her girls opening up and talking with her more and following through to achieve their goals. At school, the students are more willing to cooperate. Fewer discipline problems and suspensions open up more time for her to teach.
She was so happy with what has happened, Heather has signed up to take the 8-week Training. Natasha Douglas, teacher, and Kirk Geweniger, SRO Officer, who are graduates of our two-day training have signed up as well. They all want more!
To give you an idea to what we will cover together in this highly interactive and engaging training, I have inserted the flyer here with the outline of the course. See if it interests you. If so, click here and apply.

Kirk Geweniger, Brevard Schools SRO Officer, also refers to his success over the past year to gaining confidence in accepting who he is and focusing on his purpose to reach the kids rather than being distracted by worrying about what other’s think. Having a new tool in his toolbox to connect with kids, he has gotten them to open up and listen more easily.
Jonathan Schuman, High School teacher in Palm Bay.
