Civility Training for Personal and Professional Development to schools and non-profit community organizations through 501c3 Confidence Builds Success Academy, Inc.
Her goal is to create a culture where everyone is treated with dignity, civility, and respect and bullying is obsolete.
Challenging behavior and conflicting priorities can get in the way of having a great day with your students. Disruptive behavior not only wastes time but also interrupts the flow of your lesson and upsets the atmosphere in the classroom.
After speaking with many teachers and administrators who have shared their classroom challenges and my work as a teacher, school-based social worker and Transformation Strategist for entrepreneurs, I designed the Confidence Builds Success Civility Leadership Training. The Board of Directors of Confidence Builds Success Academy, Inc. 501c3 is thrilled to offer this training to you free of charge.
This training will support you by providing proven personal and professional development tools that will make classroom management less stressful by getting cooperation more easily. This training is designed for:
GOAL ACHIEVED – 50% Reduction in Stress and Conflict!
Not only is my older child back on track and achieving success at school but everyone is getting along better. At work, since I have been guiding the kids to communicate with each other vs just giving a time out or no recess to deal with an argument, they are developing empathy and cooperating. For the first time, the kids are encouraging each other to behave. Thank you, Marty. My life is much more peaceful, and work is more enjoyable.”
Jonathan Schuman, High School teacher in Palm Bay saw a 50% decrease referrals for disciplinary action; 20 % less resistance by his students to change their negative behavior; and 10% improvement in overall student grades.
Natasha Douglas, a teacher at the South Area Alternative Learning Center says:
My classroom management has improved by understanding and implementing this material. I would recommend the training program for all teachers. It offers an opportunity for teachers to be aware of how they interact with the student and why the student reacts negatively and how to respond differently to get the result they want.
Deputy Kirk Geweniger, School Board K-9 Officer Brevard County Schools says:
